During the years 2007-2008, as a consultant with an investment Group, he has conducted on-the-ground assessments, analysis, explored and carried-out due diligence of several opportunities in the real estate development market in Algeria, where he has also evaluated financial potential of proposed acquisitions.

Since 2003, he has successfully completed private assignments in the Middle East and North Africa. He has conducted several market assessment and feasibility studies related to the construction industry and the real estate development market

Mr. El-Hajj received his Master of Science in Civil Engineering in Ukraine in 1989. In Canada, he received his Graduate Degree (DESS) in Engineering Project Management & Development in 1995 at “Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal” and his MBA from HEC – Montreal in 1997 with the profile of Project Management & Finance. He is a member of Order of engineers in Lebanon since 1989;

Before 2003, He has worked with several contracting firms in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, where he has developed extensive knowledge of the owner’s and contractor’s project management responsibilities on different projects and  has successfully analyzed claims involving mismanagement, defective engineering, delay, disruption, and disputed change orders.

He is skilled in the assessment of technical issues and evaluations of project management performance of owners and construction contractors on engineering and construction contracts for different types of projects.

Having different managerial positions in the construction field, his knowledge  in project management and development, supporting with over fifteen years of experience in the construction market and development, make him specialized in turning around development projects and helping teams of people achieve great things.
