Four Star Motel / Resort Facility

The study was to focus on developing Motel/Resort Facility. This proposed facility is assumed to incorporate: 47 overnight rooms, a Restaurant, a Snack Bar, a Business Center and a Gift Shop.

In addition to the Hotel, a select number of outdoor recreation amenities would be developed to enhance the visitor’s experience which could include a health Club, swimming pool, outdoor tennis & basketball Court and a kinder garden.
