Khartoum Real Estate Development Market Assessment Report This report has been conducted in order to explore the potential of real estate development market and the construction industry sectors in Khartoum. Findings have been extruded and many recommendations have been done. This assessment is designed to provide us with the environmental context in which the Sudanese real estate development and construction sector are operating; and to present the status quo of the market, trends, and opportunities in the sector itself. It sets out where the sector is now and explores the actual opportunities in the market. The report is presented in two main sections: Section one describes the Environmental context of the sector and the key economic issues.
